Our cover, significantly stronger than 300D, 420D, and 600D Oxfords (which can only handle up to 300-450 lb tension), features quadruple-stitched seams for enhanced anti-scratch and anti-tear durability.

100% Waterproof Jon Boat Cover:

Our cover has passed an 8000 Pa water pressure resistance test, making it highly effective at preventing water seepage. We use waterproof seal sealing tapes (1 inch wide) in all seams to further ensure protection against water infiltration.

Anti-UV Coating:

Protects your fabric from wind-blown and sun-baked discoloration or degradation. Our cover is treated with an anti-UV coating, allowing it to withstand harsh outdoor conditions.

Secure Fit, Wind-Proof & Trailable:

The entire elastic bottom hem provides a tight and custom fit around your boat. Our cover features total 15 adjustable straps (11 all-around straps + 4 short straps) that are optimally distributed to securely fix the cover in place. Thickened premium buckles can withstand up to 160 pounds of force, making the adjustable strap tightening system hold tension well and secure the cover to prevent it from blowing away.

Additional Reinforcements:

Extra Layers of Reinforced Protection are added at critical points (bow and both corners of the stern) to reduce the risk of tearing at typical wear points and extend the cover's service life. Built-in reinforced tie-down straps are sewn with 3 bartack stitching, making them extremely robust compared to single stitching.
