Waterproof 900D Canvas Jon Boat Cover 16-18 Ft with Windproof Straps

Our boat cover is made of thickened 3-layer 900D marine-grade polyester, featuring an anti-UV coating on the surface, 900D oxford fabric, and a waterproof PU backing. This construction ensures the cover won't tear easily. Waterproof sealing tapes are used in all the seams to further prevent water seepage.

The cover utilizes bar-tack stitches to keep the straps in place, which are much more robust than single stitching. Thickened, high-quality ABS buckles can bear up to 160 pounds of force, and the adjustable strap tightening system holds tension well to keep the cover firmly in place.

Quadruple-stitched seams provide a higher capability of anti-scratch and anti-tear performance. The built-in reinforced tie-down straps are sewn with 3 bartack stitches, making them extremely robust.

Two air vents with PE panels balance the air pressure inside and outside the cover, minimizing wind strength and allowing for faster drying. We've also added extra layers of reinforced protection at critical points, such as the bow and both corners of the stern, to reduce the risk of tearing and extend the cover's service life.

In total, there are 15 adjustable straps (11 all-around straps + 4 short straps) strategically distributed to secure the cover on the boat more effectively than other designs.

This boat cover is 100% waterproof, having passed a 4000mm water pressure resistance test. The 900D oxford fabric coated with PU backing, combined with the use of waterproof sealing tapes in all seams, effectively prevents water seepage.

Additionally, the cover is enhanced with an anti-UV coating on the surface to avoid fabric discoloration or degradation due to wind and sun exposure.

The cover provides a secure, windproof, and trailerable fit. The entire elastic bottom hem ensures a tight, custom fit around the boat, while the thickened, high-quality ABS buckles and adjustable strap tightening system keep the cover firmly in place.

This universal fit Jon boat cover is designed for boats 16 to 18 feet long and up to 75 inches wide. If the boat length falls between cover sizes, it's recommended to choose the larger size for the best fit.

Included with the cover is a dual-use 900D waterproof storage bag, sized at 24"L x 24"W x 24"H. This bag can be used not only to store the boat cover but also as a motor cover, fitting most outboard motors.
